Dr. Ma, an assistant professor at Southern Illinois University Carbondale, was selected as one of the 15 “Green Talents” around the world by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research. The “Green Talents” were invited to Germany in the first week of September to visit Germany and to meet with German scientists in the environmental field to explore potential collaboration opportunities.
