Ching-Hua Huang has been promoted to Associate Professor of Environmental Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology, effective July 1, 2007. Dr. Huang graduated with B.S. in Chemistry from NationalTaiwanUniversity, and M.S. and Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from JohnsHopkinsUniversity, and started her teaching career at Georgia Institute of Technology in 2000. Her research interests are in the areas of aquatic environmental chemistry and analytical chemistry, with special focus on emerging contaminants, water and wastewater treatment systems, formation and control of emerging disinfection by-products, and advanced oxidation and catalytic processes for pollutant removal.”
